On the Lookout

I started this painting at my friend's house, artist Sandy Ragon yesterday. It looked nothing like this when I left there, but it kind of came together at home. So fun to sit and paint with a friend! It is pretty textured and has lots of layers.

    Does sound fun Laurie! This is awesome. I love the light at the top and the bold color block. The piecey petals and the greens are divine :)

    Laurie, love the Christmas colors in evidence w/o any explicit Christmas. I want to see what this looked like when you left Sandy's house—do you have a photo? I'm appreciating the use of negative space : )
