Joy

#12 of the challenge. Anyone who has been to Fishtown in Leland, Michigan, has probably seen this charter fishing boat. Leland has been a family destination for more years than I can remember. So when I found this photo I took, I knew it would be taking the #12 slot!

  1. JOY it is, and joy I feel! The range of colors in the dock, in the pilings on the dock, and in the charter fishing boat are especially well rendered and captivating. Love the tautness of the line holding JOY fast.

  2. Takes me to a day on the water, touring through Newport Beach. Looking at the beautiful homes of the stars. John Wayne, Vanna White, Shirley Temple, George Burns. Seagulls overhead, and an awesome seafood lunch after.
Love the light, and oh that water looks heavenly!
